Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's eternal truth.
