Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the United States is an actress. Sheedy made her debut as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's appeared on WarGames from 1985. She also appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy received with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She started her career in acting in the film Bad Boys at the beginning of the 1980s. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. In 1985, after her success on screen she starred in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club is regarded as being among the high school cinema's best films. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed the mark of $50 million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. It was a show for teenagers and started in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in which she has appeared. One of her most recent roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 due to her performance. She was also awarded with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
